👉 In France, the Tourism Code (article L211-1) strictly regulates the organization of travel.
A club that sells or organizes an “all-inclusive” stay (accommodation + transport + sports activities, for example) without being registered as a travel agency is acting outside the legal framework.
➡️ In the event of an inspection or complaint, the president or managers may be held personally responsible (fine, or even prison sentence in the event of a serious accident).
